The Chief Architect will be the senior-most technologist in the organization and will work on creating a new, disruptive platform to drive and reward world-changing impact. Key responsibilities: 

• Help make our products awesome (as well as more useful and impactful) 
•  Drive, define, and implement product development strategies 
• Track and communicate development progress from requirements to implementation—both to product team and senior management 
• Seek out partnership opportunities and vet incoming opportunities — create process for deciding which to pursue 

Experience: 

• Long-standing passion for using the web (and other technologies) to provide vital functions in people's lives
• Experience building a viral online community – with specific knowledge of customer acquisition features and functionality 
• Startup experience 

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to thoroughly understand a unique business model through first-hand experience and to understand its relevance and application to each constituent in our community (ie. individuals, businesses and non-profits) 
• Expert understanding of digital media, customer acquisition and partnership strategies
• Solid networker who has deep and effective relationships within the digital space
