UxStation is recruiting a visionary & technical CTO for a well-funded new technology startup in San Francisco created by former senior staff members of the Obama campaign with strong ties to the White House and national Democratic organizations.
This dynamic team is revolutionizing the way political candidates, companies and non-profits identify, target, collaborate with, organize & mobilize supporters through an exciting new platform. We are seeking candidates who are politically progressive and eager to transform the way people participate in the democratic process worldwide.
Requirements:
Hands-on development skills
Ability to define technology stack from end-to-end
Previous experience in a management role at a successful technology startup preferred but not required (ie. if you*re a solid developer/architect with demonstrated capacity for leadership and seeking a new challenge, please do get in touch)
Champion of open source, agile & lean development methodologies
Good sense of humor, team player, excellent communication skills
Previous Consumer Internet and/or Social Media experience preferred Commitment to the Democratic process
Strong belief in empowerment through technology
